How to Enroll in Greenlight Guarantee

Your property manager will send an invitation to your email to apply. Once received, follow the steps below:

1. If you have not received the invitation email, ask your property manager to send one via their Greenlight Portal.
2. Complete your Greenlight Rent application to receive your Greenlight Guarantee quote. 
   1. Coverage and leasing details will be pre-filled in the invitation. 
   2. Submit payment to complete enrollment.

Please note: Your Greenlight Rent policy will be available in your Property Manager’s Greenlight Portal. You can also access and download your policy documents through your Greenlight Rent Renter Portal.

Have a roommate? Only one Greenlight Guarantee policy is needed per unit. If your roommate has already enrolled, you do not need to purchase a separate policy.

After enrollment, review all policy details carefully. 

• If your address and lease dates are incorrect, they can be adjusted after enrollment by your property manager within their portal. 
• If your rent or coverage amounts on your policy are incorrect, please have your property manager contact our Support team to correct your policy.
