What happens at renewal and move-out?

If your account is in good standing with the property and Greenlight Rent, you may be offered a chance to renew at a lower rate.

If you have no valid claims against you and your Greenlight Rent account is current when you move out, the refundable reserve will be released back to you in accordance with the policy terms. Any unpaid balance due to Greenlight Rent will be deducted from the held reserve prior to this refund.
