What is Greenlight Guarantee?

Our Greenlight Guarantee product is designed for applicants who do not qualify for a standard deposit. If an applicant does not qualify for a standard deposit, is conditionally approved, or has limited or no credit history, they may apply for a Greenlight Guarantee policy. This product helps provide an approval path for renters who may otherwise need a co-signer or additional support.
